Sprouts is well known for our store-made sausages, which harken back to an earlier age. Each batch is made from scratch with our own recipes, using all-natural meats and wholesome ingredients.

• Up to 20 varieties of chicken or pork sausage are made fresh at every Sprouts store, including Polish, Andouille, Italian and German sausage.
• Sprouts sausage is ground, mixed and linked by hand, in a time-tested tradition.
• We use fresh shoulder in our pork sausage that is extra lean, juicy and flavorful.
• Our chicken sausage is made from boneless, skinless thighs for a super-lean, moist and healthier product.
• All fresh sausage meats come from animals born and raised in the U.S.

Also look for house-made specialties like bacon-wrapped black pepper marinade filet mignon, Italian stuffed pork roast, spinach pinwheels and kabobs made with top sirloin or natural chicken tenders. Everything is nitrate- and MSG-free.
