• Crazy for curds? At Sprouts, cottage cheese is available in three sizes...in whole, low-fat and non-fat varieties...as a natural or organic product...and even in a lactose-free alternative.
• Top your baked potato with regular, low-fat or non-fat sour cream, European-style non-fat sour cream, or lactose-free sour cream.
